After failing at it for 10 years, I lost 29 lb with SP in a couple of months & without suffering. I can't believe I found this program. Overeaters Anonymous helped me stop binges permanently, but lately I was eating like a thin person and doing little exercise. Natural propensity to put on, middle age and menopause didn't help. In the difficult path of maintaining and trying to get fitter, while dealing with chronic back and neck problems and disliking exercise. I'm a sparkie for life & will stick to my maintenance range no matter what. 31/10/09 Have put on some weight in the last few months and I won't stop until I hit my maintenance range again 71-73kg. I'd like to go back to the middle of that range. Also must incorporate serious stretching due to lack of mobility in my joints. Doctor's orders. 6/12/09 Started Pilates 4/11/09 and it's helping me with my back and neck pain . I lost 2.7 kg so I made it to my maitenance range again.

My Goals:
I want to eat simply and healthy but not be deprived of everything. I also need to keep my daily 15 minute power walk in my treadmill & weight training 2 times a week, no excuses. New goal: do something about loosing it each time I go 2kg (or 4lb) over my goal weight. FOREVER!
My Program:
In maintenance, keeping my calorie intake between 1600 and 1800. Doing 15 min cardio (at least) every day . Do strength routine also at least 2 times a week. Maintaining the weight loss and making the most of SP. Update: after gaining 4 kg I plan to do cardio 4 times a week ( done), strength a couple and I must incorporate some kind of serious stretching by doctor's orders (done joined Pilates class). Calorie range 1300-1500 (done) 21/11/09 lost 700gr 74.3Kg 28/11/09 lost 700gr 73.6Kg 6/12/09 Lost 1 kg 72.3Kg 18/12/09 Lost 500gr 71.8 1/01/10 put on 800gr at Xmas
Personal Information:
Originally from Argentina, an Aussie citizen for more than 20 years. Living in the Gold Coast Hinterland, a semi rural area with town water and Broadband. 30 mins drive to the beach. Self-Employed and out of the rat race of the corporate world in Sydney. Worked as an engineer once upon a time.
Other Information:
Read a lot of literature, love non mainstream movies & totally addicted to my computer. My husband and I own a Boarding Cat Motel.
