Run With Your Heart

I'm a student, almost finished my degree. I'm 5'5", and at the higher end of a "healthy weight". Just looking to lose a stubborn 10-15 lbs. I want to look and feel better, tone up, and get stronger.

I currently weigh 140 lbs with 23.4% body fat
(32.76 lbs fat and 107.24 lbs lean mass).

My current goal is 130 lbs and 22% body fat or less by Dec 20, 2012.
Eventually, I think I'd like to get to 125 lbs and 20% bf. I have grad photos and a boudoir photo shoot ...
