-Do I have fresh and frozen produce in the house?
-Do I have meals frozen for when I just can't get it together?
-Am I drinking my water?
-Am I getting to the pool often?
-Am I pacing myself ? Am I breathing?
-Am I getting the extra help I need, even if I have to pay for it?
-Am I planning fun into my day? (even though I am a caregiver)

So, what motivates me? It is going after QUALITY OF LIFE.
So, pre-planning is vital for me to feel my best.

Dr. Joel Fuhrman. Eat for Health. Eat to Live. Mostly use meat as a condiment. Almost no dairy. No added sugar. Salads and Blended Salads and cooked greens -----daily! Use beans instead of bread. Use nuts and seeds at meals for fats, not oils. Fruits and dried fruits for sweeteners. G-BOMBS whenever possible!
Greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries and seeds! for reducing inflammation. And I surely have plenty of inflammation showing up as body pain.


After eating more and more veggies for nearly 2 years now, my food cravings seem much less. I used to want food just about 24 hours a day. Now, if I overeat, I think it is out of habit, not from cravings.

Let's see how 2014 goes. In fact my weight has been staying at the lower end of my weight range--closer to 250 rather than 260.

I am finally cooking real meals for myself. I have lots packed in the freezer . This is quite new for me!

Even though my cravings are much less, I think I am rebelling! I am trying still to hold on to those trips to the kitchen to get one or 2 things. Ridiculous. Breaking this habit is what I need to work on now in 2014.

I don't need those snacks between meals!
NO SNACKS! NO SECONDS! NO SWEETS! except for "S Days!"
This is really, really hard for me!

Eat G-BOMBS! Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries and Seeds ...for reducing body inflammation and pain from FM.

We can do this, Friends! I can do this! You've come a long way, Baby!

I've been doing this weight loss thing for a long time now and my Forever weights were 225 // 210 // 185 // and now I just want to see 172. I feel ya and I wanted to say that I Love your sparkPage it is so fun and informative. Keep up the good work!
