HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Fatigue, body pain, and food cravings are the life-long symptoms I hope to stop. Wish me luck. Evening Eating has been the biggest problem. Oh and if I would eat at the table-instead of at the computer or in front of the TV--well that would help greatly!

Failing to plan is planning to fail!
-Do I have fresh and frozen produce in the house?
-Do I have meals frozen for when I just can't get it together?
-Am I drinking my water?
-Am I getting to the pool often? No problem here!!!!
-Am I pacing myself ?
Am I breathing?
-Am I getting the extra help I need, even if I have to pay for it? I am a CAREGIVER since 2008 for DH.
-Am I planning fun into my day? Well--I still don't have enough energy to do this successfully.
-Am I Eating at the Table?. Oh boy is this hard for me!

I don't need those hundreds of snacks between meals!
NO SNACKS! NO SECONDS! NO SWEETS! except for "S Days!"
This is really, really hard for me!

Eat G-BOMBS! Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries and Seeds ...for reducing body inflammation and pain from FM.

We can do this, Friends! I can do this!

You've come a long way, Baby!

-fighting pain from fibromyalgia and myofacial trigger point bumps
-bad knees and one bad shoulder
-retired after 40 yrs.

now in Bloomfield,CT
-LOVES water aerobics!

"Failure to plan is planning to fail." It is hard to admit that I actually do plan to fail.

If I really wanted to quit over indulging in the evenings, I would have a good, doable plan in place, now wouldn't I?

Unseen Friend

Although you are a friend of mine,
and letters we exchange.
I wouldn't know you on the street,
and doesn't that seem strange?

You hold a place within my heart,
unusual and unique;
We share ideals and special dreams,
and still, we do not speak.

I picture who I think you are,

Good morning, Chris...thanks for commenting on my photos. Nope, I didn't paint that yoga picture. I'm not talented like that, lol. As for where I got the rest of the pictures, I really don't know. I just find them from time to time when I'm online, and I save them. Feel free to take any pictures I post on my blogs, if you'd like. Have a great day!
