Looking forward to an even more fit New Year!

I am definitely (finally!) making progress lessening fatigue, body pain, and food cravings.These have been life-long symptoms . Wish me luck. Evening Eating has been the biggest problem. Oh and if I would eat at the table-instead of at the computer or in front of the TV--well that would help greatly!

Dec. 2014. Finally after 6 years Sparking, I am staying below 250!
Down 30 LBS.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!
-Do I have fresh and frozen produce in the house?
-Do I have meals frozen for when I just can't get it together?
-Am I drinking my water?
-Am I getting to the pool often? No problem here!!!!
-Am I pacing myself ?
Am I breathing?
-Am I getting the extra help I need, even if I have to pay for it? I am a CAREGIVER since 2008 for DH.
-Am I planning fun into my day? Well--I Life has thrown me some surprises lately. I will keep trying to plan in fun non-the-less.
-Am I Eating at the Table?. Oh boy is this hard for me!

Making progress:
NO SNACKS! NO SECONDS! NO SWEETS! except for "S Days!"
This is (was!) really, really hard for me!

Eat G-BOMBS! Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries and Seeds ...for reducing body inflammation and pain from FM.

We can do this, Friends! I can do this!

"Failure to plan is planning to fail." It is hard to admit that I actually do plan to fail.

If I really wanted to quit over indulging in the evenings, I would have a good, doable plan in place, now wouldn't I?

HA. I LOVE swimming but don't have access to a pool. So my exercise is walking. I wish I could swim....but if the water is not really warm it would cause me pain anyway. Thought of getting spool but the money is not there nor can i afford the upkeep. No where to swim around my town either:( Makes me sad. I miss my apartment which had a pool...but love my yard now to garden which is also good exercise. Glad you are back to your swimming-I know how you love it.

I live in the Chicago area, grew up in Boston, lived in California, my dad was in the service and we moved some, settled here in the midwest.....I HATE winter, I work outside in all kinds of weather and winters do me in, only about 3 more yerars if I can stand it, then someplace warm ALL the time!

Thanks for the goodie..... I bought a jar of coconut oil as it is being touted as "healthy" so I bout some just to see what the hubub was about I'm not impressed and don't understand the health benefits so I'm glad you posted the info..... i will do more researce now for sure ... thanks!
