Not a lot of weight but some big changes in attitude and action required!

I find myself having crept back up ever so slightly in weight after letting my old bad habits back .... the evening graze that turns into a feeding frenzy. I'm frustrated to have a backslide. I know outwardly I don't look that different to anyone else, and no one cares but me, but it's the issues and baggage that go along with the habits that make me unhappy. Dr. has put me on some hormones and I feel they contribute to the problem. Every day I say I'm going to start fresh and start feeling better - maybe that will be today.
It's not just the weight - or the eating. Last year I invested a lot of time, energy, and money to have someone help me get better organized, and that's slid too. I don't want to live in a house that looks like an episode of HOARDERS either.
So there's a lot of cleaning house to be done...literally and figuratively...

Fitness Minutes: 70,096

My Goals:
OK...I'm still working on an awful lot in my life right now.
I met my weight goal and I've been able to make regular exercise a part of my daily routine. I'm eating better but there are still pieces missing. I'm trying to work on my attitude toward food to keep it moving in a healthy direction and get myself together emotionally. I'm also working on organizing my home to make it the oasis of calm and happiness that I envision it can be!


My Program:
I started P90X2 in January 2012. I'm somewhat frustrated by the flexibility - I guess I need to be told what to do more. It's more of a struggle than Classic P90X, but I hope I'll come out stronger at the end. I have not even tried to do the nutrition plan that goes with, because that level of planning is too much the other way.
I'm a runner at heart but I still can only run about 1 day a week safely. Overdid it again a while back and same old injuries reared up.
Yoga is an important part of my routine to help my flexibility, strength, focus, and SANITY!



Personal Information:
I'm a married and live in Florida. Our 'brood' includes 2 pugs, 5 finches, and 4 chickens (and would love to have a cat in the mix again).
I enjoy cooking and wine (too much!) and being outdoors.
After a period of loss and family traumas, I woke up one day (September 2010) and decided it was time to take my life back. And that's what I'm doing!
