Hi I''m Lisa. I''ve decided that a change in lifestyle would do me good. I want to loose 50+ pounds. I want to set a good example for my kids and at the same time get healthier for me. I realized how bad I was when my oldest son entered the Army and I had unexpected siezures after being almost 10 years free of them. Since then I was told by my doctor my blood sugar was at prediabetic levels and my choleseterol was too high but I could lower them with regular exercise and changing my eating habits. I don''t even remember how I found this site, but I''m glad I did. I want to get moving and change my lifestyle.
