Hi everyone my name is Lisa.

Here we go again... Ugh so disappointed in myself... Can't seem to get out of my own way. A lot of things going on took a more sedentary job but the money is much better. Bought a house but not much to do in it (not a fixer upper) and the weather got colder and all. Using all of this as excuses.. But it's not just that I just like food that is bad for me as well. Wish I didn't have a sweet tooth.. Why couldn't I be blessed with a Veggie tooth?? Can't seem to get past a 2 month time frame of being on track. I was in a cancer weight loss study but I was so limited on what I could do to not mess up the study. So I lost in the beginning and I swear by the end I was right where I started. Then I get depressed about that and right back into old habits. So frustrating. Now I am the heaviest I have ever been. Which just makes me even sadder. Hoping today 2/28/17 will be the last restart. I never want to see that number again.. Unless I just won the lottery!!

My Program:
Eat better and get moving more.. actually start looking forward to working out and using that as a stress reliever instead of food.

Looks like the goal is to lose 50% of my body weight. That is just terrifying. I can't believe I have let myself get like this. To be where I want I need to lose a whole person.. Really opens your eyes to things. Trying to take this one day at a time and enjoy the little things.. I want to be able to have a piece of pizza without making myself feel horrible about it.. Its not just about the weight loss I don't want to lose weight and be miserable. Its a lifestyle change and there just isn't enough time to deprive yourself of those little things.

Also to walk without my legs rubbing together would be awesome well more than awesome.

I want that wow factor!! This fat won't hold me back anymore!



Personal Information:
Trying to move on from cancer and get my life back on track. I was one of those lucky people who gained weight with chemo.. My goal is to be the skinniest I have ever been not just skinny but healthy and have that wow factor that people just never expected from the heavy girl.

The last time I did this program I lost a good amount of weight like 40 pounds I believe then I found my tumor.. Hoping if I lose the weight this time then hopefully cancer won't find me again.

Got married on 12/13/14 coolest day ever!! We bought our house in July of 2016.. My husband is now wanting to do all kind of work on it that we just don't need to do.. and I am thinking of having a baby I am not getting any younger.. and I think we would be good parents. I just had to do some planning with it (cancer slowed things down in that department had to wait 2 years before we could even try) I plan to lose some weight and start trying this summer.

    Sounds as if we have similar journeys. I know you have the ability to lose a large amount of weight...I did. I remember feeling overwhelmed by the amount by I took it one day and one pound at a time. Find ways to stay positive every day. 🙂💪
