My Goals:
I want to look awesome!! I want to lose at least 100 pounds in the year 2009.
I would be ecstatic to be at the current goal of 175 by my 30th birthday on 07.09.10!
My Program:
I'm eating healthy, counting calories - watching portion sizes, as well as drinking lots of water.
I attend Physical Therapy 2x a week - right now that is where I get my workouts in as I'm trying to heal from the accident. I have started going to the gym and using the treadmill (walking at a very slow speed) & the bike.

I'm 29, I'm a single lesbian and I live in Orange County, CA.
