I'm a vegetarian (ovo-lacto) and haven't eaten meat for 18 years (as of 3/25/2010). I am an encourager, but I'm challenged to stay motivated myself, although I exercise fairly regularly and do have some muscles! In the past, I tracked my food through Weight Watchers (I'm a member), but now I'm trying to use the SparkPeople tools instead. If you have some tips, I would love work with someone to better understand what's out here!. I'm always looking for new friends who can help generate enthusiasm for shared health goals!
