My Goals:
Lose 60 pounds overall, and be under 200 pounds by August 23rd.

My Program:
Eating 1750 - 2000 calories of high protein, high fiber meals daily, on the advice of my dietician. At least 20 minutes of cardio exercise daily, and strength building 3x per week.
