Getting after it!

I have struggled with my weight for a long time. I now must learn to take care of my body in order to keep it in good working order. I am now looking at food as fuel, not recreation. Changing little things in how I eat and think to create new habits that equal real lifelong changes. And I know if I don't change my thinking I cannot change my body!

I look forward to this journey and hope you are finding your way to health too!
