Welcome to my page :)

I have struggled with my weight for many years. I have tried so many fad diets, so many diet pills, just about anything that looked like a quick fix or easy way out. I have lost weight with some but never been able to keep it off long term and when I would gain my weight back I would always gain back more than I had lost.

In 2011 I managed to lose 38 pounds (over half way to my goal with the help of spark) of course I got of track and well in Jan 2012 and I was right back to square ...

In 2011 I managed to lose 38 pounds (over half way to my goal with the help of spark) of course I got of track and well in Jan 2012 and I was right back to square 1 (well almost I managed to keep 3 pounds off thats it! ) Since then I have only lost a total of 18 pounds that I have kept off.

It is time to get back at this, the years keep going by and I'm not making any changes by sitting here watching the days pass.

I am going to make this happen in 2014. I will be more active on spark because I know that is when I thrive. I have done this before and I know I can do it again with the support of all my spark friends.

My Goals:
*To lose 75 pounds

*To not cringe when I see a photo of myself

*To be able to go up a flight of stairs and not be out of breath

*To give up Pepsi

My Program:
*Stay with my calorie range by eating healthy food and portion control

*Eat 5 serving of fruits/veggies daily

*Drink 80 oz of water daily

*Do atleast 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week

*Do strength training 3-4 times a week


Personal Information:
I have been married for 18 years. We have 2 children, our son is 16 and our daughter is 13. We love to go camping, fishing, swimming, and ride atv's. I also love gardening, anything to be outdoors. Our daughter shows horses for 4h and our son wrestles. We live a very busy life, but I wouldn't have it any other way !

Hi stranger!!!!!Where have you been i have been wondering about you..Glad to see you back with us!That you havent given up...You havent given up right??I know its hard and hard to stay motivated.I have gained some weight back on but i am working really hard to get those unwanted lbs off and to get to my first goal.But as you know that is so hard..east said but hard to do...What has you gotten down???if you ever want to vent or just talk private email me i will write back...You are not alone we all struggle..But we all have to keep fighting or we will just get bigger and bigger and we dont want that..Just remember how bad you felt..The things you couldnt do when you are big.Those are the things i think of and i get back on track ...Email me anytime and so glad you are back with us.You can do this!!!!!!hugs
