~Update~Oct 2012~ I am starting my first challenge with my DONE girls its falling for fitness, Im on the sparklers team.It will last until the 20th of Feb. I hope this will help get me back on track and keep me accountable through the holidays, which I always struggle with, I love to bake and then of course eat it and this year with the help of this challenge I will still enjoy some holiday baking but it will be in moderation ! LET"S GO SPARKLERS !!

I have been over weight most of my adult life. I would like to say its still baby fat but since my babies will soon be 13 & 16 I dont think I can still blame it on that.

In 2011 I managed to lose 38 pounds (over half way to my goal with the help of spark) of course I got of track and well here I am Jan 2012 and Im right back to square 1 (well almost I managed to keep 3 pounds off thats it! ) So now its time to start again !

My Goals:
*To lose 75 pounds(or more)

*To look good in a swim suit !

*To not want to hide from the camera!!

*To have more energy

My Program:
*Stay within my calorie range daily(by portion control and healthy foods)

*Drink 64 oz of water daily

*Do atleast 30 minutes of cardio everyday

*Do strenght training 3-4 times a week

*Eat 5 serving of freggies daily

Personal Information:
Im a mother of 2 children (son 16, daughter 13). I have been married for 18 years to my high school sweetheart and he is still my best friend ! Our children are both in sports so this leaves a very busy schedule but I wouldnt have it any other way !
