I'm Mel, I'm trying to improve my overall health and fitness, and lose some weight at the same time. Id like to be able to fit into my old clothes and not feel self-conscious a fat next to all the skinny girls when I go clubbing. I've always loved hiking and being outdoors, so I've taken up cycling and I'm about to start running too. “Know your limits…but never stop trying to exceed them.”

My Goals:
Do a 30 mile bike ride next spring, and then a 50 mile ride. Ashford and District 10K 7 Feb 2010 Fowlmead 5M, Margate 21 Feb 2010 Barnardo's Big 5KM, London 28 Feb 2010 Increase my fitness. Loose weight back to the way I used to be.
My Program:
Cycle as much as I can at the weekends. Run a couple of nights during the week. Strength training mon, weds, fri
