Being active is my lifestyle of choice!

I am a principal of a large school for children of military members, a wife, mother, and grandmother. I have been married nearly 40 years and I have seven beautiful grandchildren. It is a challenge to stay in shape and eat right while working at a stressful job.

I am married to a wonderful man that suffers from exposure to Agent Orange from two tours in Viet Nam. He has become old before his time. He splits his time now between the US and Germany with me since he retired in June. ...

He splits his time now between the US and Germany with me since he retired in June. It hard to be a caregiver at home and in the work place. I am thankful that I am strong and fit since I am responsible for much of the household chores and am the only one working now..

God is my all and all. He alone is the reason I live and breathe. Without Him I can do nothing, but fail! With Him I can climb mountains, ride long distances, face trials, and keep on keeping on. God continues to show me His grace, strength and mercy. I can do NOTHING without HIM!

My Goals:
To be a healthy, fit and fabulous lady in her 50's.

To give God the praise and glory that only He deserves.

To give my worries and stresses to God daily.

To ride my bike in Germany and other countries over the next two years.

To ride a century in France/Germany.




My Program:
Cardio 4-5 times per week

Strength training 30 minutes 3 times weekly.

To log at least 10000 steps daily using my Fitbit.

Personal Information:
I am a wife, mother, and
grandmother. I have five grandsons and two precious granddaughters. I have two daughters and one son.
My hubby and I have been married for almost 40 years.
I work as a school principal at a DoDDS school.

I have been blessed by God, so much more than I have ever derserved.
