Here I am again, starting over. But it's better to keep getting back up after falling down, right? I have a little over 70 pounds to lose after I just hit my highest weight ever a couple weeks ago. I'm finally getting back into running, and I'm also focusing on working my core after some bad back problems. Being a writer and web designer makes for a lot of sitting, so I'm looking for ways to add more activity into my day.

Hey lady! I found you. I am doing as I said and logging onto Sparkpeople every day. Also joining Weight Watchers as soon as my dr. writes a note, AND have been Wii-fitting/dancing all week. Good start, huh?
