Now's the time
I joined SparkPeople in April, 2009 but did not commit to being a regular member. Today I read a blog by PINKHOPE. She inspired me to get back on track. This while I was eating a Hershey's Treasure (it wasn't all that good). I am going to take a day at a time. Start tracking my food again and be very diligent about exercising. Thank you PINKHOPE!

My first step was I joined the Boot Camp which should be really fun. Second I am going to read more about nutrition and the motivational stories. This should help me stay on track and help me achieve my weight loss goal..
