I started using Spark January 2nd to help support me in achieving my health and fitness related goals. I was very active prior to University playing many sports and spending many hours figure skating. Since then my health and fitness overall has decreased. I find it difficult tom plan my meals which means I eat whatever is available. My goal is to lose 25 pounds ideally in 5 months however if it takes me longer thats okay too!

I have joined a gym and have started packing a lunch ...

My Goals:
My goals are to pack a lunch every day, drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and to focus on getting 8 hours of sleep. This combined with effectively using the nutrition counter and regular exercise will help me to lose 25 lbs.
