I have re-gained my SPARK and now more than ever, I am determined to reclaim my waistline, my wardrobe and my energy levels.
Effective IMMEDIATELY, I am putting my nutrition and fitness back at the tip-top of my priority list and am being a stickler about how I use the precious 24-hours that GOD blesses me with each day. I may not be "on SPARK" as much as I have been in the past, but I will regularly log on to gain motivation by surfing the pages of my SP friends and keeping my trackers updated. This is a personal accountability challenge with my Buddy LASVEGASLES. We're gonna keep I.T. (intake and takeout a/k/a output) real UNTIL we hit our final goals and BEYOND!!!

My REAL goal is to maintain this positive lifestyle change; motivate those who I love to lead a life full of healthy habits; to be tone and fit and LOOK as if I weigh 175 lbs.
My FANTASY goal is to retire from Corporate America and become a back-up dancer for Janet Jackson!
To get back on track, I am getting BACK TO BASICS, which means exercising five days a week with a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio a day. My "cardio of choice" includes: Water Aerobics, Spinning, Zumba and of course Core Rhythms. I am also strength training at least two times a week. In terms of managing my meal plans, I'm reminding myself of my #1 rule..."Food is for nourishment, not for comfort or entertainment!" ~D710DANCE
