Thanks so much for the ideas on my Attention Call. I'm not vegan, and I use eggs and dairy. So I would only be missing the fish on the Mediterranean diet mostly, right? I'm going to look into it! I LOVE the Mediterranean (lived on a Spanish island there for 1+ years and LOVE Mediterranean food -- Italian, Spanish, Greek, etc. YUM!
