Starting weight for September: 205.6

Main weight-loss goal:

I have some small goals, which add up to my big goal :)

1st - get below 200
2nd - get to 180
3rd - 160?

My other goal is to ultimately get my diabetes under control with diet and exercise, as much as possible. I would like medication to be as minimal as possible

My Program:
I'm not really following any program other than healthy eating and exercise.

My food choices tend to fall under the Paleo diet. I am doing a low-carb diet to help get my diabetes under control.

I avoid processed/prepackaged food as much as possible and go with real food.

I walk 3 or more miles most days, and am working up to 5 miles a day.
