My Goals:
Starting weight: 224

My weight goals:

1st - get below 200 - DONE!
2nd - get to 180
3rd - get to 150

My other goal is to ultimately get my diabetes under control with diet and exercise, as much as possible, and get off my medications completely.

My Program:
I don't follow one specific type of diet, I choose to avoid processed foods, fast foods, sodas, etc. The foods I eat are whole foods, natural and fresh. I also follow a low-carb diet. I avoid grains and sugars as much as possible most of the time since those tend to cause my blood sugar to spike.

I guess you could say that I'm more of a Paleo/whole/clean food eater with a dash of Trim Healthy Mama thrown in.

I avoid processed/prepackaged food as much as possible and go with real food.

I go to the gym before work almost every weekday and usually focus on the weight machines. I alternate between upper body machines one day and lower body machines the next. I often stop at the gym on my way home and walk on the treadmill, then reward myself with the hydromassage bed and/or the total body therapy machine.

Thanks for adding me as a friend. I pitched the scales quite a while ago. They no longer reflected who I am. If my clothes are loser and get to big, then I am losing weight. I was going crazy with those scales. I now love me for what I am doing and not grading myself by the scales

I stopped into your new team! You seem really motivated and that's really good! It all looks set up good to me with threads already posted and all. I believe you are ready to go! I enjoyed reading about who you are!

I think the only thing is the team photo, just be sure it's a photo you have paid to use if it isn't your photo, to avoid copy rights of using someone else's photo.

Sorry I can't join, I weigh in once a week and base my rewards on certain weight loss milestones. I am on a healthy lifestyle change and not just a temporary diet so that I can feel the changes and live a healthy lifestyle for life.
