I'M HERE IN VISALIA, MY FAMILY AND I ARE GOING TO START LIVING A HEALTHIER LIFE. MY KID'S NEED A BETTER ROLE MODEL. SO I GOT TO SHOW THEM BY EXERCISING AND EATING BETTER. I'VE HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY WEIGHT SINCE I'VE HAD MY DAUGHTER. I WENT BACK DOWN TO NORMAL WEIGHT AFTER I HAD HER, BUT THE SIDE AFFECT OF THE SHOT MADE ME BLOW UP. AND WITH ALL THE EXTRA STUFF I DID AFTERWARD'S YOU WOULD THINK I WOULD STAY SKINNY. I ATE HALF OF WHAT I NORMALLY ATE, DID SOME HOUSEWORK, HELPED MY MOM WITH MY SIBLING'S, TOOK CARE OF MY DAUGHTER, AND WHEN SHE WAS A FEW MONTH'S TOOK HER OUT WALKING EVERY DAY. BUT THE SHOT MADE ME BIG WITHIN THE FIRST THREE MONTH'S. AFTER THAT I DISCONTINUED IT AND MY WEIGHT REMAINED THE SAME UNTIL I HAD MY SON. I WAS TOLD I COULD DO LIGHT EXERCISE'S, BUT WHEN I DID SIT-UP'S MY STITCHES HURT. AND SINCE THEN I GUESS YOU CAN SAY I GOT A LITTLE LAZY TOWARD'S EXERCISING. I DO IT OFF AND ON EVERY YEAR, BUT THIS YEAR IT HAS TO CHANGE! MY SON IS GOING TO PLAY FOOTBALL AND HE NEED'S TO LOSE 20 POUND'S. HE NEED'S SOME SUPPORT FROM HIS FAMILY. SO MYSELF, MY SON, DAUGHTER, AND THEIR DAD HAVE TO MAKE A CHANGE. 4/25/09- FOR ALL THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW MY FIRST NAME LIKE A SELECTED FEW, IT'S ROSIE. I LOVE TALKING TO MY FRIEND'S ON HERE BECAUSE I GET ENCOURAGEMENT FROM THEM. I'VE STARTED TO FEEL MORE ENERGY AS THE DAY'S PASS BY. I GET UP FASTER IN THE MORNING INSTEAD OF ALL SLUGGISH. I'VE MADE SOME PROGRESS IN EATING HABBIT'S AND EXERCISE. CAN'T WAIT TO GET UP ON SCALE TO WEIGH MYSELF.YOU NEED THE RIGHT TYPE OF PEOPLE AROUND YOU AND TALK TO VERY MOTIVATED PEOPLE. ALONG WITH WEIGHT ISSUE'S COME'S OBESESITY AND DIABETE'S, AND I WANT TO STAY STAY CLEAR OF THEM BOTH. AS IT IS ONE CHILD IS BORDER LINE OBESE, AND NO ONE WANT'S TO HEAR THAT ABOUT THEIR CHILD. FOR ALL OF US STRUGGLING WITH OUR WEIGHT ISSUE'S WE NEED TO HELP AND ENCOURAGE OTHER INSTEAD.

My main goal is to get healthier no matter what. But I would most diffently like to fit into some smaller jean's.


My Program:
Drink 8 - 8 oz. cup's of water. Do 90 min. of cardio a week. Pamper myself at least once a week, because I don't spend enough time on myself.
