New Beginnings

I am a 57 y/o woman, wife, mom, grammy whose body is attacking itself. I've been recently diagnosed with diabetes and hypothyroidism to add to my many allergies which include gluten, all nuts and peas. I have asthma & have been on/off prednisone for so many years that I now weigh more than when I delivered my children! I love my family and want to feel well enough to play and celebrate each day with energy and joy.

Friday---Go fishing, with friends, fix yourself something special, fly a kite, enjoy fresh fruit

Saturday--Sleep in, sit in the park, sing, smile, swim, shop till you drop

Sunday--Go sailing, roller skating, stick to your goals, send someone good wishes, sit and relax,
share something special, seek new things
