I saw you on the Indygirl team and wanted to reach out and say
I try to track my food at least a couple of days per week. In the beginning, I tracked daily. Try tracking just a meal or two each day if things are overwhelming for you. Take little baby steps to reach your goals. Blogging is important for me too, and I try to blog at least one time per month.
Joining teams that share your same interests helps too.
You don't have to worry about doing it all. Just do what works for you.
