WHEW! I was worried that I would have to dance around a vegan on the team, LOL! A paleo vegan is a rare animal indeed! Looking forward to getting to know you. I've not been on SparkPeople for a long time. When I was I created a Corn and Lentil Chili.Very easy and quick to make. I had family members asking for my recipe. In my own I often add real garlic & onions, chopped carrots or sweet peppers.
