My Goals:
I want to stay healthy, eat nutritional foods, drink the best amount of water for my age, height and weight, get the best exercise. I want to firm up, not such an easy task at my age, still I am gonna keep trying. I hope to ward off disease as long as I can, control the conditions I have and stay as healthy as I can. *
My Program:
I am eating sensibly, taking supplements, staying off as many prescription meds as I possibly can, UNDER DR. Supervision, and utilizing the exercising content in here and in my own library. I am an avid user of Leslie Samsone WALK AWAY THE POUNDS, and have lost over 30+ pounds using her program. Its easy on the joints and bones and it WORKS! Actually I lost closer to 40 pounds on the program. The tools have carried me over for over 7 years or more now..
Other Information:
