True! But I decided to postpone legs until tomorrow. I've been lifting weights every day since Saturday so i'm giving this body a little mini break!

It's funny, Dee, but when I was your age I seldom took naps because for some reason if I took a nap, I just continued to sleep for the entire night, and it just took away too much of my time.

But now that I'm retired I take a nap every day that I can manage it. Love 'em!

Hugs, Eve

Thanks for your blog comments Dee, and yes it is only a few days to the end of the month.
Though I'm not looking forward to August, my Dad would have been 90 on the 6th. He passed away in November last year. He was a wonderful Dad and I have many fond memories of our times together to console me.
