I'm Michelle! I'm a wife and mommy to two beautiful babies.
I have always either been gaining weight or losing it. As a teenager I stayed a bit heavy, around 16 or so I went on a diet, my own kind. I have always either been gaining weight or losing it. As a teenager I stayed a bit heavy, around 16 or so I went on a diet, my own kind. It started out as a slim fast diet, and changed to extreme low calorie, unhealthy mess. I went from 180ish down to under 140 in a short amount of time, and destroyed my body image in the process. That started my fight with weight, I've yoyo'ed up and down since then. I topped the scale at 272 a few months after my first child was born. I was breastfeeding her, and didn't want to lose my milk supply, so that forced me to take a healthy approach at weight loss. I lost down to the upper 190's, and started yoyoing again. When I got pregnant with my second child in late 2010 I weighed 195. I gave birth to him in July 2011, at 260 pounds and decided I NEED to be healthier, for my husband, my children and myself. I'm nursing again, so going slow, which is great! I'm setting myself smaller goals, of 20 pounds at a time. Right now I'm working on getting to 219 by my birthday in May!

Low calorie and low fat. I'm not on any certain plan, just eating very healthy. I'm working on walking at least 45 minutes everyday.

Glad to hear you are back. I check in once in a while but haven't been doing anything healthy lately. I tried a shake diet a few months ago and it bombed. Just got back from a warm vacation so it might be a good time to start.
