Hi everyone!

I'm 48 years old and determined to lose this weight once and for all!

I hate that my BMI doesn't even show on the FitBit scale...yet. (It is going down.)

9/20/13: Lost 30.5 lbs
25% of my goal!! Woo-Hoo!

My Program:
Tracking my calories and averaging 1,200/day.

Increased my activity by taking at least 10K steps per day, 30 minutes (at least) which are highly active. (Cardio)

Some strength training.

Other Information:

Remember the Seinfeld Game? Remember how quickly Jerry, Kramer and Elaine all were out? Let's see if you can do better. Here is how it works.

Beginning midnight April 1, track. Track everything. Nutrition, water, exercise, the whole shebang. Don't track something, you are out. Fess up. Miss your 8 cups of water, out. Blow your calories, you are out. Fess up on this thread. Exercise without tracking, out. To make it fun, don't exercise at least one hour a week, out.

Once a week on Sundays (say), roll call for those who still are "in" and playing.

Deceptively simple, but it's not. Who's in? Starting roll call this Sunday. Ready, set, go!
