March 2, 2015. today is the new start of my journey towards a new healthier life style. My goals include making my own meals that are portioned, have more veggies and fruits, eating 6 times a day (this will be hard and take some planning on my part). May1st: 190- goal met 186 June 1st: 180- slayed June I ended up at 168 July-i want to be 175 by my birthday (7-22). I want to actually be able to have friends post birthday pictures and any other picture of me they want with out me freaking out on them and having an emotional meltdown. **** hit 163 for the end of the month. Was hoping for 160 but had decided to enjoy my birthday and a surprise date my hubby did at the end of the month. I am ahead of where I originally thought I would be. So I''''m not stressing about it. *** Aug- 170 and 165 by the end of Aug. ( new goals for Aug- 158) Sept: 165 - ended at 160, weightloss is starting to slow down. Have to switch it up. Oct-155 Nov- 150 Dec 25, I hope that Santa gives me the number 160 by Christmas day. That would be the best gift I could ever receive aside the good health of my family. I plan to not be the heaviest person in the family Christmas photos for my In-laws or my family. I will wear something priceless, the biggest smile ever! I would love to complete a 5k this year with out stopping or gasping for air. This will be one of my goals. ****5k completed and ran all the way 7/4/15****

To be able to set an example of a healthy life style for my children. Although Hubby loves me dearly i want to be the sexy confident woman i was when we first met. be able to run a mile with out keeling over. Wear a bathing suit at the beach with my head held high. Maintaining my temple.

31 year old mother/wife. I like taking pictures, but i am not a pro. I love all music just about. I am an artist. i like to do crafts as well. back in my prime i used to enjoy going out doors . Most of all i like spending time with my family creating memories.
