Getting it D-O-N-E 2012

2010 It's ON!!!
Looking forward to the New year with optimistic eyes and heart. This last year i made some progress in myself but now i want that progress to show on the outside.

Jan 2, 2010. today is the start of my journey towards a new healthier life style. My goals include making my own meals that are portioned, have more veggies and fruits, eating 6 times a day (this will be hard and take some planning on my part). Getting active at least 4 timesa week by walking ...

Jan 2, 2010. today is the start of my journey towards a new healthier life style. My goals include making my own meals that are portioned, have more veggies and fruits, eating 6 times a day (this will be hard and take some planning on my part). Getting active at least 4 timesa week by walking (hopefully running eventually) and finally using my work out dvd's that have been collecting dust. i am pumped!

Added 3/24/2010- Really hope I can make and keep these goals:

funny sometimes i am afraid of doing long term goals because i am afraid i wont get there or they wont stick, any who:

March- goal to be 180 by the very last day of march ( not sure if i can do it thanks to Tom, but i will try)

April- I want to be able to hit my short term goal of getting to 175.this means i will adjust my ticker on sp page and have it reflect my long term goal to 135

May- to lose 8 lbs that month and meeting 165lbs goal

June- I want to be 157 by the end of June. We are taking the family out to the beach the last week of June. I want to feel more comfortable in my skin when i wear a swimsuit. I dont want to hide behind my kids and hubby when we take pictures or just not be in them at all.

July-i want to be 153 by my birthday (7-22) and 150 by the 31st. I want to actually be able to have friends post birthday pictures and any other picture of me they want with out me freaking out on them and having an emotional meltdown.

Aug- 146 by the end of aug. only 11 lbs away from my goal weight

Sept- 141 by the end of aug. only 6 lbs away from my gw

Oct-137 by the end of Oct/ holloween

Nov- 137 by end of Nov. If i can maintain this weight through Thanksgiving I will take it and be happy

Dec 25, I hope that Santa gives me the number 135 on Christmas day ( my personal weigh in falls that day). that would be the best gift i could ever receive aside the good health of my family. I plan to not be the fatest person in the family Christmas photos for my In-laws or my family. I will wear something priceless, the biggest smile ever

Update 1/13/2011: seems Santa's magic number was 3. yes I wrote 3 as in baby number 3 on it's way. we are excitedly expecting our new addition June 2011. For now I am am not tracking just because it's mostly baby weight and I don't need the stress of worrying every day about my weight. I just will have to stick to eating healthy which right now is a challenge. I have an imaginary conveyor belt of food and what ever doesn't make me feel ill at the thought is what I eat. I am starting to feel better so I am starting to make those changes. I had stopped working out but just got the ok from my dr to resume working out so I am excited to get that started as well and getting back on track. Come July I am ready for the challenge again to get to my goal.

Getting it D-O-N-E 2012
After having the baby losing weight and getting down to almost pre-pregnancy weight I started to climb back up. not sure what happened. Maybe with the new stresses of Phoebe constant dr appointment due to her conditions, the kids starting school and starting over in a new place away from everything I knew. I have no idea. All I now is that eventually I got back to 201 in Jan. yikes!! I slowly went back down and on feb 28th really decided to get back in it and get it DONE! As of my 3/30/12 weigh in I was 183. I have small goals right now just make it week by week try not to focus on that last number:

03/30 -185lbs ***DONE! goal met and passed (183)***

04/13 -182lbs

04/27 -179lbs just in time for 1st family Photo shoot

05/25 -174lbs I will be the lowest weight ever since starting my weight loss journey. I will also adjust my ticker to reflect a longer term goal

06/08 -170lbs I want to be in my last baby's 1st birthday pics. I was to ashamed to be in them with my other two. this will be a big deal to me!!

07/06 -164lbs

07/20 -160lbs just in time for my 34th birthday weekend =) also my birthday goal last time.

08/31 - 155lbs

09/28 -152lbs

10/26 - 150 Ultimate Goal for now. I have not been this weight since my early 20's

My Goals:
To be able to set an example of a healthy life style for my children. Although Hubby loves me dearly i want to be the sexy confident woman i was when we first met. be able to run a mile with out keeling over. Wear a bathing suit at the beach with my head held high. Maintaining my temple.

Cartwheels (last attempt scared me from ever wanting to try again)

Taking a hiking trip in El Yunque with less huffing and puffing then the last time.

Other Information:
31 year old mother/wife. I like taking pictures, but i am not a pro. I love all music just about. I am an artist. i like to do crafts as well. back in my prime i used to enjoy going out doors . Most of all i like spending time with my family creating memories.
