To lose a bunch of weight and not to annoy people. I'd like to do it quietly.
I write down every morsel of food I shove into my mouth (to the best of my admittedly limited ability). I go to the gym 5 times a week, a mix of interval cardio and strength training. Sometimes I go 4 times a week. It's all good.
I live in Connecticut in a charming and awesome house not quite in the middle of nowhere, but in a smallish town. I'm from Brooklyn originally. I like gambling and gamboling. I used to be an INTERNET SENSATION, but I gave up. I've been married for almost 20 years and I don't have or want kids. Because kids move the focus away from ME.
I'm fond of this, but not that.
