My Goals:

If that turns out not realistic then I'll change it later.

No diabetes :)

Reduction in inflammation

No more back weirdness (I hesitate to say back pain, it doesn't always hurt, but it's not a happy camper)

Stronger overall

Better endurance

My Program:
Low carb, reasonable protein (anywhere from 0.7g to 1g per pound of goal lean weight), whatever amount of fat will work. Not aiming for low-fat, but I figure I will be burning my bodyfat for energy so I see no need to get extreme with it (well, by my own standards).

Will start with elimination diet, which worked pretty well as a springboard in 2012 (it is 2015 now), and ease myself into a Paleo way of eating. Possibly autoimmune Paleo (AIP) depending on how symptoms work out, though I hope at least some of that will be temporary.

Exercise? I want to do something, but I am so far out of shape that I need to ease into it.
