Love myself. Be at a good weight for my body. Get a good night's sleep. Gain more energy. Listen to my body. Learn to release stress. And perhaps buy one kickass swimsuit and some colorful heels!
Workout at the gym 3 to 4 times a week.
Weights 3 - 4 times a week.
Track calories consumed.
In bed by 10pm or at least get 8 hours of sleep a night! (For me this has been hard!)
Keep my thyroid regulated with regular check ups.
