Living life one day at a time...

I'm Danielle, a college student who put on a little bit more than the freshman fifteen lol. I'm trying to get back down to a healthier weight and learn how to live a healthier, less stressful life. Everyday I wake up is a constant struggle but I get up and try and live life anyways.

To start:
Go for a walk everyday for at least fifteen minutes.

Cut out all sugars and grains


Personal Information:
I grew up in Oregon then moved to Seattle, but now I might move back lol. I'm struggling to figure out everything I believe but one thing I do know is that I love God with all my heart and am striving each day to become more like his son Jesus Christ. I love working with teens, I think they are our future so why not give all I have to invest in their lives while I can.

Other Information:
I love reading, watching movies and TV, hanging out with my friends, listening to music, but most of all making it whether it be playing the piano, guitar, or singing.

I have the 2XU brand and they work really well. The Zensah one has a lot of pretty colors, but I always wear pants, so it doesn't bother me. Zensah is also cheaper, but I needed them ASAP and couldn't wait for snail mail, so I went to a sporting store and got the 2XU ones. Pricy, but worth it!

I want to be as healthy and fit as I can possibly be so that I can stop being hindered physically! I'd also like to be within a healthy range of BMI by my 21st. :)

As for specialty, I'm thinking of psychiatry myself. I've always loved the concepts of therapy and mental wellness. What about you?

thanks for reading my blog about Spark friends making me exercise.

It was actually fun. I can hear the notification from my cell phone when I get an email, so I knew when people left comments without having to constantly check the feed.

I'm sure I'll do this again!
