In 2006 I began using Spark People and I was committed to every aspect. I lost over 50 pounds and over the last year I've gain 20 back. I have fought through injuries and a divorce but now I'm back and I need to stay committed. My goals include 4 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training this month. I'm off to a good start; however every morning seems to be a struggle just to motivate for working out.

Bike 75-100 miles per week

    Hi there! I am SO sorry that I have been so bad about keeping up with the ITBS team. I started it... and then when no one joined for so long I just let it slip my mind. I've noticed that people are actually realizing its there though and joining so i guess i actually need to be a team leader now hugh! haha. I'm so sorry. I saw your post on the message board and i just wanted to tell you that i am gonna be a regular on the board from now on if you wanted to chat and i wont be such a slacker about keeping up! I'll have to figure out this whole team leader thing because i really need to support! ITBS is such a frustrating and tedious issue we all need support keeping each other accountable for icing, stretching, and doing what we need to to work past it. I just wanted to say thanks for posting and I hope to talk to you soon!
