The Endless Journey?

I've always been overweight - ever since I was a child. I'm a member of the yo-yo weight club but am hoping to quit that membership. I'd like to achieve a healthy weight before my 30s to avoid a potential future of Type 2. I just have to stay motivated through the temptations, plateaus, and set backs.

Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this decision. This is a great step to getting healthy. Find teams that will meet your needs. And post everyday. This will help you stay accountable. Plus that is where you will get most of your support and encouragment. There is a lot of info here for you. It will take you a couple of weeks to feel like you know where you are going on here. But ask if you have a question. We all had to in the beginning. Look for other people who have lost the weight. I personally like hanging out with them. They can teach you so much. I hope your journey here is a blessing to you.
