Wow, thanks so much for your comment. It was more on point than you know. I have always wondered (just last night in fact) how my life would have been different if I'd had the guidance of a father or even if my mother was attentive and not in her own world while I was growing up and even now. Also, I guess I am moving in that direction of trying to be a writer of some sort.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! Weekends are the time when we can make our most gains...don't people realize that?! haha I can completely relate to the weekend thing and its funny cuz reading everyone's blogs kinda opens my eyes to this "weakend" mentality. Saturdays and Sundays I feel are the time to work out a lil longer...take the time to prepare good and healthy meals so good for you for staying strong and NOT indulging! :) Don't be a stranger!
LOL... I am the opposite. It is easier for me to eat healthier than to exercise. I would say age is the difference, but I think I have always been this way. I do not like to get hot and sweaty! 3569 days ago
Yay Rachael! I am so excited for you to be doing so well with your running program. I agree, it is easier to exercise than to eat healthy. However, I think that will come with time. As your running becomes more intense your body will demand healthier food. Plus, you've already lost 4 pounds! You're doing great. Keep it up girl! 3576 days ago
