hiking 2006--After I lost 50lbs

In 2006, I lost 50 lbs. I was an action hero--hiking, running, biking, weight-lifting--I loved it all. Fitness was my top-priority. In the past 7 years, we moved to Australia, my dad died, I had 3 surgeries, and we have a toddler and a newborn. Fitness just hasn't been a priority. After my first pregnancy I regained 35 lbs. Now after my second, I'm 20 lbs above my where I was in 2006. That's 10%--that's doable and from experience I know I feel really great at that weight.
I want to regain my enthusiasm and my active life-style. I lost the weight initially because I could make losing weight my major focus.This time, I need to find a balance that builds fitness into my life (without taking it over).
I go back to work in 6 weeks, I just want to lose 3 kg to get started.
My goal is a strong, healthy body and self image with good habits that are life-long. To feel strong and powerful and in control of my health.
*Be active every day
*Focus on doing positive things (not restricting negative things)
I live the life I choose, by the choices I make.
Drink 2L water daily
Exercise for 20 min 30 times per week.

My goals: TRACK TRACK TRACK: Stay within set Calorie range. I have more goals, but I'm going to go and formulate them now in a blog while I'm still motivated. Thanks for re-motivating me through your blog! Love ya girlfriend, and I miss you!! Please post some photos of Noah on here..he's the cutest little guy!

Awe you are so sweet!! My biggest issue is toning. I'm a huge cardio gal but have always shyed away from weights but I am determined to get over my fear! :) Thanks for the boost! I'm having a horrible day and this totally made it better.
