Just saw your post to my page, so sorry that I have not responded, there is something wacky going on with my SP account, I am no longer receiving notifications and things are missing from my page.

So glad that you are walking away from the scale, as it tells us absolutely nothing about overall trends in building muscle or fitness levels. Go ahead gurl and work on getting strong and lean emoticon emoticon

It's not about minutes of exercising that is important, its that you are consistence with your exercise each day (or week) and I bet you are. (bet your skinny too)
