Hey -

The Guns, Buns and Abs Challenge (although I think it may actually be called Buns, Guns and Abs Challenge) is Squats for Buns, Pushups for Guns and Leg Lifts for Abs. It a 30 day challenge where you start off with 50 squats, 5 pushups and 25 leg lifts and on the 30th day you will end with 250 squats, 40 pushups and 100 leg lifts.

I found it on Pinterest (which is my new love).

Hi Debra,

I hope all is well with you. I just wanted to stop by to check on you. I am still doing the new P90 A series. This is also a 90 day rotation like P90X but less strenuous and the workouts are shorter. A great transition to the harder P90X workouts.
