Hi everyone! I've struggled for so MANY years with my weight. I have to admit, I was pretty comfortable being overweight until-
*My health took a major toll
*I was starting to get super tired easily
*I started to resent not being able to get super cute clothes with my friends
*I was dreading looking at the mirror
*I started to lose confidence in myself

I've been going up and down with the weight loss. My completely worst mortifying moment was when I weighed myself recently and I saw the scale at 257.8 lbs. I was horrified! I started to work through some of the stressful things in my life and even made appointments to change my weight loss routine.

I'm DONE. Seriously done. I need to focus on getting healthy for ME and no one else. Thanks for stopping by!

-Eat between 1550- 1800 calories per day!
-Exercise for at least 30 minutes per day
-Drink at least 8 cups of water per day
-Limited carbohydrates (doctor and dietitian orders)
- Lots of protein and good fats
-Have a positive attitude!
