Hi, thanks for visiting!
Like so many of us-the effort is on and off, repeat. But here I go again...on. I must say there is a lot of bad new habits I've picked up, emotional eating gone wild!!, so I will be taking time to unlearn those and gain better balance. Anything and everything is the game plan to see what works. Being over 300lbs is difficult. I've never felt so bad and I don't want to feel like this anymore. I am pretty sure that I had a hormonal switch about a year+ ago along ...

I must say there is a lot of bad new habits I've picked up, emotional eating gone wild!!, so I will be taking time to unlearn those and gain better balance. Anything and everything is the game plan to see what works. Being over 300lbs is difficult. I've never felt so bad and I don't want to feel like this anymore. I am pretty sure that I had a hormonal switch about a year+ ago along with moving less (because you feel so tired and a real struggle to move) that packed on what I had lost plus gain. I just got engaged, but without a ring, so is that technically disqualified?! I don't want a ring at the weight I am at. I would like to see at least 75lbs gone before I consider the investment, really.

BE REALISTIC
I can not eat 2000 calories each day and expect to lose weight. Some fellow SP member said "you can have 1 of 2 outlooks each day when you awake. 1) get out of bed and realize you made great choices the day before and today you will do the same; or 2) get up realizing that you already regret how you messed up the other day.

IT IS TIME TO THINK AND ACT DIFFERENTLY to make change happen!

How's it going! Getting back into the rhythem of things??! I am trying to track. Had a set back a couple weeks ago went up on the scale but what can you do lost a bit of my focus but.. keep on! Hope you are on track as well! emoticon

Thanks for the comment on my photo. I have to say I also feel like a completely new person, I am a new person. It's amazing what can happen in only a few very short years. When I was bigger I wondered how I would look too, it was hard to picture because I had never been a normal size but I am pleased with how I turned out. I think I am better than I thought I would be, because before I never thought I would actually be able to do it so I never dreamed very big. My goal size was a 14 back then... I'm in an 8 now.
