My Program:
log, log, log !- it is the only way that I can analyze what is working and what is not! BE REALISTIC I can not eat 2000 calories each day and expect to lose weight. Some fellow SP member said "you can have 1 of 2 outlooks each day when you awake. 1) get out of bed and realize you made great choices the day before and today you will do the same; or 2) get up realizing that you already regret how you messed up the other day. IT IS TIME TO THINK AND ACT DIFFERENTLY to make change happen! move, move, move! a HUGE goal for me was too finally be in a summer volleyball league-DOING IT!! walking 2mi 3x/wk gardening or really its weeding...4hrs/wk zumba 1x/wk volleyball-1x/wk during season water aerobics 1-2x/wk when classes resume

I love, love, love: music! my kitties! water views/recreation! trying new recipes! coffee! spice blending! oil painting! being there for a friend! and having some time to just zone (just got rid of tv)! And if anyone works with GIS, market research, or specialty foods (e.g. coffee, spice, oil/vinegar) - let's discuss that too!
