BE REALISTIC
I can not eat 2000 calories each day and expect to lose weight. Some fellow SP member said "you can have 1 of 2 outlooks each day when you awake. 1) get out of bed and realize you made great choices the day before and today you will do the same; or 2) get up realizing that you already regret how you messed up the other day. IT IS TIME TO THINK AND ACT DIFFERENTLY to make change happen!

How's it going! Getting back into the rhythem of things??! I am trying to track. Had a set back a couple weeks ago went up on the scale but what can you do lost a bit of my focus but.. keep on! Hope you are on track as well! emoticon

Thanks for the comment on my photo. I have to say I also feel like a completely new person, I am a new person. It's amazing what can happen in only a few very short years. When I was bigger I wondered how I would look too, it was hard to picture because I had never been a normal size but I am pleased with how I turned out. I think I am better than I thought I would be, because before I never thought I would actually be able to do it so I never dreamed very big. My goal size was a 14 back then... I'm in an 8 now.
