Time to get Healthy!!!

Hi, I am a 27 yo male. I have been dealing with wieght that i have been piling on since college. Initially at 18 yo i wieghed 160 lbs. Over 8 years I have put on a few pounds and now am at 235lb

I just realized the other day when I started getting winded while climbing stairs that this needs to stop. So here I getting started to loose wieght and become healthier :-)
