Promise

I want not only to lose myself, but motivate my husband to lose as
well, for health reasons. Weight has been an ongoing battle all my
life, but has gotten worse with the Arthritis. Hard to do stuff when it hurts, however, dying prematurely is a big motivator.
*NOTE*
The 48 pounds I have lost since Sept.3, David has lost 36 trying
to help/support me.
I feel so much better...............

My Goals:
I would like to be healthier, get my cholesterol down where it should be, and my

weight down to my goal

by my next birthday.....

NOTE*2/24/2013
I have had 2 blood tests
since I began the new
program in Sept.,both show Cholesterol is 160,
Blood sugar NORMAL.
YAY me. Progress finally.

My Program:
I am drinking 12 cups of water daily,
eating a minimum of 5 Veggies & 2 approved fruits a day,

I have changed to a
Gluten free diet. I also
changed my weight ticker
to begin on Sept.3rd,2012.

Exercising by walking & bicycling..

Personal Information:
Married, 2 children.

That is so cool that your son has jumped on the health wagon also.strange how our kids become our inspiration.kinda makes me feel guilty....

Thanks for the support. I am so aware that this is a lifestyle and not a diet. I also know that when I am at my best and in balance I enjoy tracking food and exercise because I see both as being something positive I do for myself. Have a great day

Thank you Darlene for your lovely comments. We have just got back from visiting our little James, he is adorable. So good and I miss him every day. I got to have lots of cuddles, which felt so good.

How are you and David, it has been a while since we chatted and I was just wondering if all is well. Keep me posted.
