Promise

I want not only to lose myself, but motivate my husband to lose as
well, for health reasons. Weight has been an ongoing battle all my
life, but has gotten worse with the Arthritis. Hard to do stuff when it hurts, however, dying prematurely is a big motivator.
*NOTE*
The 48 pounds I have lost since Sept.3, David has lost 36 trying
to help/support me.
I feel so much better...............

My Goals:
I would like to be healthier, get my cholesterol down where it should be, and my

weight down to my goal

by my next birthday.....

NOTE*2/24/2013
I have had 2 blood tests
since I began the new
program in Sept.,both show Cholesterol is 160,
Blood sugar NORMAL.
YAY me. Progress finally.

My Program:
I am drinking 12 cups of water daily,
eating a minimum of 5 Veggies & 2 approved fruits a day,

I have changed to a
Gluten free diet. I also
changed my weight ticker
to begin on Sept.3rd,2012.

Exercising by walking & bicycling..

Personal Information:
Married, 2 children.

I am needing to lose somewhere between 40-50 more. Due to the recent gain. I went more than a couple of months sliding. The good news is, I continued to track daily and half heartedly stayed active on here. Christmas was when the down fall began for me. So we are talking 20 lbs back I packed on. It sure is a learning process, huh!?

Hi Darlene! Thanks for your support on my blogs. I'm sticking with no processed foods, juicing veggies every day and taking various supplements that are supposed to help fight cancer. I plan on doing all of that at least until I hit the 5 year mark of being cancer free. After that, I doubt I will do things a whole lot differently. I just feel so much better eating only whole organic foods.

Hi Darlene, Belgium is less than 100 miles away than the village we went to on Sunday in the Netherlands. I also love Belgium, especially Brussels.
