Darlene's Journey

This is my next attempt and hopefully successfull attempt to lose weight again.
I have had a weight issue since I was a child. However when I turned 18, I went on a diet, using a weight loss shake and cutting calories. I excercised morning and evening and ultimately lost 45 pounds. I was addicted to losing weight. I became bulimic. I would eat what I wanted and made it come up right after. This went on without anyone knowing. I had to lose weight, I was tired of being called fat. ...

I excercised morning and evening and ultimately lost 45 pounds. I was addicted to losing weight. I became bulimic. I would eat what I wanted and made it come up right after. This went on without anyone knowing. I had to lose weight, I was tired of being called fat. I didn't stop until I started passing out and being sick. I weighed 89 pounds at 4'9" still I felt fat. Wanted to lose more weight. Yes I had a problem. No one knew, and they didnt find out until like a year ago when I said something about it.
I want to lose weight and get back down to a healthy weight, the healthy way this time.
