I've maintained what I lost w/in a 3-5 lb range by just being aware and conscientious. I'm back to finish what I started. So, here I go again. One day and one % bodyfat at a time....we gon' get there! I offer my prayers and blessing of encouragment to all achieving and maintaining their goals. Stay positive, be patient and confident, trust what you've learned here at SPeeps, and PERSERVERE. You can and will meet your goals....you deserve to.....it's a done deal. Peace.

My Goals:
Lose the extra weight and body fat for my health and ego...lol. A personal challenge to stay healthy and be an example and inspiration to others, particularly my kids, golfing buddies and my students. Getting enough sleep, and keep life stress levels and my mildly high blood pressure manageable. Most importantly lower my golf handicap....18 to something less...LOL!

My Program:
Lots of my favorite exercise, GOLF,various strengh and cardio training, LOTS of stretching , watching those sneaky calories, and any number of relaxation methods, reading, meditation, prayer, music, or sometimes just nothing.......OMMMMMMMMMMMM...breathe.....
oMMMMMMM.....breathe.... :)

Personal Information:
I love to play golf, listen to music(all kinds), watch sports and good movies, read, dance, laugh or just chillout and do nothing(wishful thinking). I'm a computer lab remediation tutor for math and literacy at a middle school, and need every ounce of energy my soul can muster...laugh. I love to meet new people and travel.

Other Information:
I have 2 kids, 12 and 17.
I know, I know, the madness never ends..but they'v e been remarkabley well-behaved and totally worry free, well at least as much as possible with a 17 year old daughter(diva)... I'm extemely proud of them for that, though I give HELL! LOL!... I'm 46 years old...47 December 2, OH MY.
