Hi, I'm Diane. Since I started working a more sedentiary job 7 years ago ... and turned 40 about the same time ... my body took on a new shape :-|

So I changed my career at 39, and was thinking how hard could it be to change my body shape by 49? (Besides, I already had three different sizes in my closet and refused to add a fourth one!)

Be patient. I remind myself frequently that I didn't gain this weight overnight, and it's not coming off that way either :)

My Goals:
I am trying to firm up my 40+ year old body in the right places to feel healthy and look better.

Feel like I have been losing and regaining the the same 5 pounds for 6 months now. I'm changing my exercise goals starting Sept,09

My Program:
Tracking all my food.
Exericse 500 minutes/week.
Eat at least 9 servings fruits/veggies per day.

Hi Diane, I just sent you an email...I also wanted to thank you for your comment on my page...you are so right...I didn't get to this weight overnight...and I won't get to my goal overnight either...and its coming off slowly for some of the right reasons... because I really am determined to make this a lifestyle so that I don't ever have to ever lose weight again...I'm finding that means really looking at how my eating habits have served other purposes, etc...anyway, you've heard all that before! Thanks for the support! Andrea
