I've lost 29 pounds since 1/1/13. Next stop Onederland! Frequently I see the quote, "A year from now you will wish you started today." Every day I am so happy I made that commitment to change a year ago. For those of you just starting your journey, take it one step at a time. Focus on the healthy habits and the non-scale victories. Every day visualize who you would like to be. Visualize yourself as that person, not just the physical person, but the person on the inside too. Together we can become the creation we see in our mind.
