Thanks for commenting! Don't you love it when you can get fitness-speak! LOL You will totally get there too, once you set your mind on a goal there's no stopping you! P.S. I've done Jillian's Front Side/Back Side for beginners it's tough but helps build strength so well!!! I love how she builds circuits with cardio and strength! Just thought I'd add that since I saw you were doing 30 Day Shred!
