My body is returning to a healthy state, and I am feeling better as time goes on.
I have maintained a weight that is till too high, but can't seem to get below it and stay. I'm not too worried at this point since it is a life's journey; but it sure would be nice to break this plateau and move forward with the weight loss. I'm sure that I will find the correct balance of calories to accomplish this... it's just a matter of time and research.
As for now, I'm turning back towards ...

As for now, I'm turning back towards building muscle mass again as my main endeavor. Not to the point where I'm trying to pack on the pounds, but to gain more strength and... well.. mucle.

My Goals:
Short Term Goals -
1. A cholesterol level where my wife won't freak out
2. Find a balance between eating healthy and saving some money
3. Build my left knee (Knee replacement surgery 12/08) back upto as close to "normal" a it will go.
4. Keep my right knee from needing surgery.

Hopefully Not Too Long -
1. Between 160 and 180 pounds
2. Size 32 Jeans
3. Going shirtless

Long Term -
1. Staying fit

My Program:
Aerobics - 30 minutes to 1 hour 5 to 6 days a week

Workout - Gym / Weight training (currently) 100 to 110 minutes 5 to 6 days a week
