From Fat Blob to Hot Mom...

**Update 7/29/14
It's been a while...
I'm back after having my second child. I gained wayyy more than I wanted but I know I can lose the weight. I've done it before, now I just need to get commited again. I've joined the YMCA and am ready to get to my Ultimate Goal weight by my second child's first birthday (4/24/15) Make sure you check in to see me lose ;)

I just celebrated my 25th birthday on the 20th and sadly I didnt make it to ONEderland by then. I'm not going to beat myself up too much though becasue I am DONE with 50lbs total from my prepregnancy weight!! This year I will make it to my goal on my ticker by June so we can start trying for baby number 2!!! :)

I am a married, 24 year old who recently became a mom in March. I love my family and need to lose weight and be a healthy role model for them. Plus Im tired of being FAT!

I have been overweight most of my life and NEED a change! I want to be down at least 40lbs by my 25th birthday in February.

Thank you for stopping by my blog and offering such encouragement. Yes, these struggles truly are lifelong, and some battles we think we won have to be re-won, sometimes more than once. Keeping after the battle is the trick. Congrats on the 2nd child. Everyone says you should enjoy them while you can as they grow up awfully fast in spite of some occasional long days. Those folks are right! Have a wonderful life and eat up every minute! Just make those calorie-less eatings!

I don't do anything special to the oats, just put them in the blender with whatever else you want in the smoothie...it thickens up the smoothie. Adds protein and fiber...
Really good!

It's going great! I love being able to do better each time! Some days it's hard to make myself do it but I know it's totally worth it!
