I'm a 50 year old mother of 2, British, currently living in Antwerp, Belgium. I have been overweight since having my children. I have always been reasonably fit though, training for and running half marathons. 2 years ago I damaged the tendons in my ankle and I struggled to do any proper exercise for several months. Coupled with not watching my eating habits, it resulted in me gaining a lot of excess weight. I have about 50lbs to lose and I'm hoping SparkPeople will help.

My Goals:
1. To lose weight and regain fitness. 1st June - 10 lbs 25 June - 15 lbs 2. To complete a half marathon 26 May - Brussels 20K
My Program:
1. Walk at least 1 mile every day, as well as specific half marathon training. 2. Get enough sleep. 3. Cut out as much sugar and processed foods as possible. 4. Use the SP nutrition tracker diligently!
